			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To some, this may seem simple beyond belief. But like everything else, we all have to learn some time. If you&#8217;re familiar with how to put a link in your blog post/page, then you can skip this post. If you&#8217;re not, then sit back and read this.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s suppose that you write a post in which you refer to something you saw on the <a href="http://www.dhs.gov/index.shtm">Department of Homeland Security</a>&#8217;s web site. It might be a good idea to link to the information you refer to. Here&#8217;s how to do it:</p>
<ol>
<li>Select the text that you want to link to. (see image)</li>
<li>Click the link button in the post/page edit menu. (see image)</li>
<li>Paste or type the link into the Link URL box and then click Insert. (see image)</li>
<li>You&#8217;ll see that the text you selected is now underlined.</li>
