			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have a blog, then at some point you&#8217;re going to want to direct your visitors to a <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.youtube.com/" title="YouTube" rel="homepage">YouTube</a> video. But you&#8217;ll still want to keep them on your site. SO, why not embed the video? Here&#8217;s how to do it:</p>
<ol>
<li>Select your video &#8211; Chances are you have one in mind. Or just go to YouTube and search till you find what you want. BTW, this is an EXCELLENT time waster, in case you needed one. </li>
<li>Grab the embed code &#8211; As in the image below, just click in the box next to embed, makes sure all of the text is selected and copy that text. (Ctrl+C or Command+C)</li>
<li>Scoot on over to your blog and open the post/page you want to put the video in.</li>
<li>Position your cursor where you would like your video to appear</li>
<li>Switch to HTML mode for your post. See the image below.</li>
<li>Paste the text you selected above. (Ctrl+V or Command+V).</li>
<li>Save your post/page</li>
